GRT (General Reasoning Test) 2

The General Reasoning Test assesses the ability to reason using words, numbers and abstract. It has been specifically designed to discriminate between candidates of average ability, whose aptitude is being assessed for general level employment and training.

15FQ+ (Factor Questionnaire)

When you need to assess the personality of educated adults such as executives and professionals, the 15FQ+ is the Psytech instrument of choice.

Competency Assessment

The competency based assessments will potentially include simulation exercises such as written and verbal simulation exercises (such as role plays, group exercises, presentations, in-basket exercises, case studies), that contain “every-day” work-related problems.
